Auto Palace in Woodside, NY is the WORST!!!! From beginning told Angel(Manager) Would Pay Cash for vehicle. Anyway,on the Internet car listed as 2004 Xterra SE. When you get there, they say OH MADE A MISTAKE IT IS NOT THE SE but the LOWER VERSION XE. The car had No Radio, Tires were Bald and the RIMS were horrible. After talking to Angel he agreed to install Radio, Change Tires and RIMS (FOR ADDITIONAL COST). Angel also added "Don't Worry I'll Take Care of You". We agreed on price and then signed paper. This is when Angel says "MUST FINANCE TO GET THE PRICE". What he doesn't tell you is that $5000 will be added to price. I found out that the $5000 GOES TO DEALERSHIP. So, it is $5000 PLUS all interest on loan. Needless to say, WALKED AWAY FROM DEAL!!!! BELIEVE ME AUTO PALACE IS WRONG PLACE TO GO.. OBVIOUSLY,EVERYTHING THAT CAME OUT OF ANGELs MOUTH WAS A LIE AND HE IS THE MANAGER. If the Manager lies, what do you think his salesmen do?Just Read Reviews and I am POSITIVE YOU WILL NOT GO HERE!!!
